Start the Conversation by submitting an interest form. We will schedule a call based on your time preferences.

Tour & Connect: Join a live virtual session or 1:1 call to learn about our program, daily rhythm, and approach. While our physical home space opens in June, this gives you an early look at how Crestline works and how it can support your child.

Student Meet and Plan: Your child connects with us through a relaxed virtual or small-group community meet-up to understand their strengths, needs, and learning style. We’ll outline a personalized plan.


step 4

Complete an enrollment form and pay the enrollment fee to secure your spot. We’ll guide you through every next step with clarity and support.

Our first day of school is August 13th. We can’t wait to see you then!
